is it a sign?

this was the view from our deck yesterday. Yesterday was to be my much anticipated return to the bike after 10 days off. I leave it to you fatalists to decide.

I know many of you are worried about me being un-mulleted and not having a proper haircut for the 2007 season. Worry not, I have a committee researching feverishly on what style will maximize performance while still making the ladies faint where they stand. While the results are nowhere near conclusive just yet, initial reports indicate that one of these may be in order.

If you have the moustache, then OK. Otherwise a combover would be a nice look. You could always do what the General did to me many years ago: shave off everything below the top of the ears and let the rest grow to shoulder length and then dye it gold.

its not big enough, it needs to go down the sides too, like Chopper!

The mustache (how the heck do you spell that word?!) would be absolutely amazing! The only concern on that front is the Pat McCarty of Phonak, and CREF in 2007, had one for the Vuelta and got a lot of press for it. Assuming he rids himself of it for 2007, then I'm in full support.

Otherwise a "twin mohawk" could be a nice touch. Instead of one strip, it's two parallel lines of hair.

Giddyup.

I like the ideas, fellas. I'll have to do some real soul-searching with all of this wonderful options you're presenting.

You're not sharing all your info with us. What's up with this race in Moscow?
